I need to choose or change my username
The problem
You finished Google sign-up without a username, or want a new handle.
How to fix it
New accounts are prompted to pick a username during onboarding. To change it later, go to Settings → Account. Usernames are 3–30 characters: letters, numbers, underscore, or dot.
