When a thought grows two hundred disagreements and a hundred extensions, a newcomer should not have to walk the whole chain. Tinker will sit on the thought the way a researcher sits on a pile of notes and write one essay: what the room currently holds, where it splits, and what is still open.
Every claim will cite a written agreement, disagreement, or extension. You will be able to open that citation and take a stance there. Tinker will not rewrite your thought. It will not post as you. It will not invent a conclusion the room did not argue.
Constrained jobs first: explain, find holes, map the chain, proofread without replacing the voice. A short daily cap for everyone. Longer work and full chat for Premium. The icon belongs on the thought, not as a generic chatbot that wanders.
Inside a paid brief, the same job becomes the deliverable. When the room dissolves, the organisation keeps the essay and the citations.
