The problem
You cannot remember your password and need to get back in.
How to fix it
On Sign in, open Forgot password, enter the email on your account, enter the 6-digit code from your inbox, then choose a new password. Codes expire after about 10 minutes — request a new one if needed. Check spam if nothing arrives.
