Attend

We need somewhere to atttend. to design thinking problems.

Not just somewhere to share finished designs.

Somewhere to ask:

Why does this product feel difficult to use?

Why do people behave this way?

What are we getting wrong about this experience?

What happens if we look at the problem differently?

Atttend is being rebuilt around this idea.

A collaborative space where people can surface problems, share their thinking, bring evidence, challenge assumptions, and build on each other’s ideas.

Think of the legacy of @nng and @ideo, but in the way @Behance and @dribbble made creative work visible and participatory.

Except the artefact isn’t always a beautiful interface.

Sometimes the artefact is a thought.

And sometimes the most valuable thing you can design is the way we understand the problem.
