AI doesn’t need to become evil to become dangerous. Give a powerful system the wrong objective, enough autonomy, and access to critical infrastructure and humans can become the obstacle without the machine ever hating us.

The bigger risk may not be AI wanting to kill us; it’s humans deploying something they don’t fully understand.
